We deliver Maa Nutrition products across India with care. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) generally receive orders faster — within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery charge of ₹79 is applied at checkout. The applicable charge is always shown clearly before you place your order.
Coverage Area
We deliver pan-India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and their network of couriers. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, please reach out to us before placing your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pincodes at checkout. A convenience fee of ₹39 is added to COD orders. If COD is not available for your location, it will not appear as a payment option. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this ID on our My Orders page to track your shipment in real time. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@maanutrition.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photograph of the package if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Holidays & Delays
Delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays, regional festivals, or in case of unforeseen logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays via email.
